Digital content — delivered instantly
Numinaria readings and reports are digital content delivered to you immediately upon purchase. When you buy, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, because the content is delivered straight away, you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For this reason, all sales of digital readings are final.
When we will help
We want you to have a good experience. We will issue a refund where: you were charged in error or more than once; a genuine technical fault prevented your reading from being generated or delivered; or where a refund is required by law. Email hello@numinaria.com within 14 days with your order details and we'll put it right.
A note on the content
Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. We can't refund a reading simply because you disagree with its interpretation — by design, you sample a free reading before you ever pay.
