Reversed, the Seven of Wands suggests feeling overwhelmed by the constant defending — exhaustion, giving up your position, or growing too defensive and combative even when no threat is real. You may be worn down by criticism, or fighting battles that no longer serve you. Ask whether this is still worth defending. Conserve your energy, drop the defensiveness where it isn't needed, and stand firm only on the ground that truly matters.
